About The Position

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support a diverse array of exciting initiatives, including supporting our cloud gaming service, Luna, development and publishing of new social party games, the upcoming launch of Tomb Raider, and other new projects in the games space. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills and have the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company is essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • 3+ years of contracts management experience
  • Experience working with third party contractual relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in tech, electronics, consumer goods, or other fast-paced, technology-driven businesses
  • Experience in Media & Entertainment Law (Books, Studios, Content Rights, etc.)
  • Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating and documenting a variety of third-party contracts, including vendor agreements, promotional agreements, services agreements, content and technology licenses, event agreements and more
  • Working with clients on scaling contractual negotiations through artificial intelligence, automated systems; developing internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end; and
  • Coordinating with clients and outside counsel.
