About The Position

Requirements

Experience working on technical solutions with sof tware development project teams
Experience working in an Earned Value Management System ( EVMS ) environment
Experience with EIA-748 compliant EVMS estimation techniques and reporting
Experience with schedule management tools such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera
Experience with government or defense contracts requiring EVMS reporting
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
Experience developing EVM artifacts, including weekly performance and variance reporting
Experience with EVM sof tware tools such as Deltek Cobra
Experience with Agile EVM estimation, hands-on development, and reviewing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment
Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
Professional Certification , such as Project Management Professional ( PMP ) , Agile Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification
