About The Position

As a leader in engineering services for gas and electric utilities, we specialize in engineering, designing, upgrading, and maintaining system assets. In this role, you'll be at the cutting edge of innovation, driving the design, upgrade, and maintenance of these critical systems. We are seeking Design Engineers across the U.S. This role involves local travel for occasional site visits and fieldwork, as well as office visits. Candidates should be located near an ENTRUST office and willing to work in the office when requested. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure design meet project specifications. You'll communicate challenges related to scope, schedule, and quality, and collaborate with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages. In this role, you are enabled to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as, Microsoft Copilot, bespoke AI workflow tools, and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our operations and drive efficiency. All employees can engage with the Digital Transformation Team to support the integration of new tools and following employee ideas to drive success for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from an accredited institution
  • Located near a Catlettsburg, Ohio, or Pittsburg ENTRUST office and willing to work a combination of from home and in the office, as needed
  • Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional fieldwork and site visits
