About The Position

Diversion Hub is a comprehensive, one-stop network dedicated to assisting justice-involved individuals in Oklahoma City by harnessing the power of multiple support agencies through combined and synchronized services. Our goal is to provide life-stabilizing resources while empowering individuals to reduce their encounters with the criminal legal system through enhanced support services, including case management, data integration, and coordinated communication under one roof. Diversion Hub Finance Manager/Controller will be responsible for the financial management of the organization and work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team.

Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar software.
Self-starter that can effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail.
BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance

Nice To Haves

Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, or prior experience in Nonprofit accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer payable process from invoice entry to final payment.
Reconcile receipts to credit card statements, run reports and process payment online.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
Produce financial statements and ad hoc reports monthly.
Attend Finance Committee and Board of Director meetings.
Provide Auditors with requested information to successfully complete the audit.
Provide Tax Accounts with any required information and review Form 990 prior to seeking approval from Finance Committee/Board of Directors.
Safeguard assets by ensuring proper procedures and internal controls are in place and being followed.
Administer the annual budget process.
Maintain accounts and records following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Account for Grants (Governmental or Community) as required in the contracts.
