Relocation assistance may be available for well‑qualified candidates. What you will do Program, troubleshoot, install, and commission BAS/HVAC controls (chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAVs). Respond to service and warranty calls using JCI tools and standard electrical testing equipment. Provide technical support, recommend repairs/upgrades, and assist with project scopes and retrofits. Commission systems, perform diagnostics, calibrate devices, and update documentation. Communicate with customers on system needs and provide efficient solutions and quotes. Complete admin tasks (time sheets, expenses, service notes) and follow all safety standards. Receive ongoing training to grow your expertise with Metasys and BAS systems. How you will do it Load and configure field‑level and network‑level controller software. Provide software upgrades and modifications for BAS systems. Program energy‑saving sequences and troubleshoot field devices. Keep management and customers updated on progress.

Requirements

  • Vocational program or associate degree or 2–3+ years servicing HVAC/electronic/mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and sequences.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and a multimeter.
  • Solid computer skills: competitor BAS experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel up to a 70‑mile radius from the branch within a single day.
