About The Position
Convenient Store Manager Are you organized and enjoy leading a team? Full-time manager position available at our Wausau/Weston location's with early morning hours and occasional weekends. What's this job? As a Store Manager, you'll oversee the performance of the retail store which include: Manage daily retail operations including inventory and loss prevention, staff scheduling and cash control Promote sales and suggest new products Ensure team members provide exceptional service and complete assigned duties Interview, hire, mentor and educate associates Keep a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Successful experience in retail sales
- Solid leading skills
- Customer management skills
- Strong organization skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Employment at Reliance Fuel requires a beverage server license. The process includes running a background check. Certain results may affect the ability to obtain a license and disqualify you from employment.
