About The Position
As an Experienced Printing Machine Operator, you will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring smooth operations through job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and delivering top-quality results. This role is vital to meeting customer demands and expanding our skilled team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging or related industries
- Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines (preferred)
