About The Position

The Cook II plays a critical role in delivering the day-to-day culinary execution that defines the guest experience at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. This position supports kitchen operations by preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across multiple stations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. As part of the PM team, the Cook II contributes directly to a smooth, disciplined service while upholding the integrity of the menu and the standards of the kitchen.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume or luxury hotel kitchen, with a strong foundation in multiple line stations
  • Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on training preferred, with solid knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on training preferred, with solid knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily mise en place and station setup to ensure readiness for PM service
  • Prepare and cook menu items across hot and cold stations with consistency and precision
  • Maintain Four Seasons standards for food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced service while managing multiple priorities and stations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines without exception
  • Communicate clearly with chefs and team members to support a smooth, coordinated service
  • Assist with product rotation, storage, and organization to maintain a clean and disciplined kitchen
  • Support team development and kitchen culture through accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
