"This position is considered Seasonal Full-Time, with an approximate start date in April and running through December, including some downtime during the off-peak period." With some downtime Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned) Assist in preparation and cooking meals in compliance with the 6-week cycle menu and other applicable local, state, and federal standards. Assist in ensuring compliance with food preparation and applicable sanitation standards and state regulations. Assist in maintaining all food item receipts, menu production records and meal counts. Knowledge and ability to safely operate kitchen and food preparation equipment and tools. Assist with local food purchases. Assist in maintaining and ensuring adequate inventory of kitchen supplies, food, and equipment. Ability to measure ingredients, follow recipes, and perform basic mathematical functions. Follow dietary guidelines and individualized meal plans. Assist with food delivery to classrooms. Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices.
