Requirements
- Some cashiering experience in a food service environment as server or cashier plus some experience as a cook in a fast food or full-service restaurant.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California.
- Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
Responsibilities
- Takes orders from the guests
- Enter the order into the POS System
- Acts as cashier
- Prepare and cook food in a fast-food restaurant with a limited menu
