About The Position

As a Cook, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by using your culinary techniques. You’ll provide high-quality food to guests from all over the world. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cook in a casual dining or fast-paced kitchen preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations during busy periods.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
  • Work with kitchen staff to complete orders in a timely manner, especially during peak hours.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ingredient preparation.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
