About The Position

As a Cook Helper at Aria's Convention and Banquets, you will play a key role in bringing unforgettable dining experiences to life. With your knowledge of food products and passion for service, you will support the culinary team while creating memorable WOW moments for every guest. Your warm smile and attention to detail will help turn each banquet into an experience guests will remember long after their stay.

Requirements

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience, including basic food preparation preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
• Maintain solid knowledge of food products
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Regularly run for food and restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Assist the pantry worker, cook, master cook and chef as needed in execution of service
• Work as a team, assist guests and employees with their needs and inquiries
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
