About The Position
Big Cedar LLC dba Big Cedar Lodge seeks Cooks (Ridgedale, MO) to Prepare and portion food for the resort’s food and beverage outlets – prepare, sauté, fry, and prep, hot and cold line items. Handle knives and operate all kitchen equipment safely. Work in a fast paced and close environment. Able to assume control of the kitchen in the absence of a Sous Chef. Active role in training of new cooks. Assist the chef as necessary in maintaining the cleanliness operations of the kitchen. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and safely lift up to 50 pounds. Multiple positions.
