Designed as a fresh interpretation of the classic Midwestern supper club, Nick's Quorum blends nostalgic charm with contemporary culinary craftsmanship known for its elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, offering elevated versions of traditional supper‑club dishes. his role offers exposure to a high‑caliber culinary program featuring seasonal ingredients, handcrafted menus, and a collaborative, guest‑focused kitchen environment.
