Under the direction of the Production Lead of the We Ko Pa Casino Resort, Cook II for preparing a la carte food items, prep work, line cooking, and batch cooking, placing stock in appropriate locations and maintaining the highest cleanliness standards. Preparation of food items according to standard recipes and/or as specified by the chef to ensure consistency of product to the guest. Follow the detailed banquet prep list as written by the chef. Read and understand banquet event orders (BEO). Will produce the highest quality food items by menu and recipe requirements at all times. Must be able to work in all areas of need in the Food and Beverage Department as required by business demands.
