Ideal candidate will have the following\: A minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook (preferrably in upscale restaurant or hotel setting) Strong organizational skills and adaptability Strong desire to learn and grow within the culinary field The ability to work a varied and flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays Previous hotel and fine dining experience as well as a culinary degree are a plus!
