McArthur's is named after the resort's architectural inspirations serving New American cuisine with hints of the Sonoran Desert delivering a creative fusion of meticulously sourced ingredients brought from farm to table in a menu of comforting delight. The Cook III will be responsible for maintaining, setting up, producing food and controlling quality of all food items prepared in the different kitchen stations, i.e., meats, fish, vegetables, bread products, sauces, stocks, seasoning, etc.
