Requirements

Previous food service experience preferred
ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares, cooks, and serves food in accordance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintains an organized, clean, and safe environment in the kitchen at all times.
Complies with food safety standards and guidelines during all phases of food handling.
Completes all required documentation, including but not limited to food and equipment temperature logs.
Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and equipment, and returns them to proper storage areas as requested.
Assists in assuring the proper receiving, rotating, and storage of food and supplies.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
