ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and cook meals in a high-volume environment, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Follow established recipes and presentation specifications, as set by the executive chef or kitchen management. Cook food in quantities according to the menu and the number of people to be served. Monitor all aspects of food service in the assigned area to ensure quality, sanitary preparation, and presentation. Correctly work all stations in the outlet with flexibility to assess and rotate within those areas to assist the team in keeping up with business demands. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, handling and storing food in compliance with food safety requirements. Safely and efficiently operate various kitchen equipment. Assist in the development of menu items and daily specials. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
