Requirements
- 1+ year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Skilled in prep, cooking, and executing recipes with consistency
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook our fresh Mediterranean menu to spec, every time
- Keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and safe
- Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth, fast service
- Uphold food quality and safety standards that make guests smile
