Requirements

Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; or High School diploma/GED with 3–4 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in supervision, budgeting, safety management, process improvement, inventory control, and equipment maintenance
Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation
Proficient in basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and percentages
Ability to interpret bar graphs and compute ratios and rates
Must possess and maintain a valid company-issued forklift license
Required to use all personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with OSHA standards
Must have a full range of motion and be able to sit, climb, balance, stoop, taste and smell.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs; frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs
Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet/humid conditions, and cold or extreme cold environments

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results
Monitor cooler inventory and product codes to ensure proper rotation and freshness
Coach, counsel, and discipline warehouse staff; plan, monitor, and appraise performance
Support team success by contributing to related operational goals
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data to maintain accurate stock levels
Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by implementing layout improvements, inspecting equipment, and coordinating repairs or replacements
Monitor attendance and overtime to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Enforce quality assurance standards, hygiene practices, dress code, and housekeeping protocols
Lead shipping department activities to meet daily and long-term operational objectives
Track and manage cooler over/short metrics and product dumps
Coordinate with the Production Manager on daily product run sequences
Collaborate with scheduling teams to establish daily par levels aligned with shipping needs
Partner with Sales to address slow-moving SKUs
Communicate with the Transportation Department regarding load status and logistics
