JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized administrative professional to provide exceptional support to leaders within our healthcare organization. This individual will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks with a strong emphasis on communication, accuracy, and discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-sufficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with minimal supervision. Previous administrative or coordinator experience—preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation. Must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM PST. Additional Responsibilities & Technical Requirements Candidates must be comfortable with: Handling inbound and outbound faxing and mail processes. Editing PDFs, including reviewing, updating, and formatting documents. Learning new applications and features quickly in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and troubleshooting administrative challenges with minimal instruction. Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills in all interactions. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting senior leaders or executives. Background in healthcare administration or provider operations. Prior remote-work experience. Strong writing, editing, and formatting capabilities.
