About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented, and collaborative Coordinator to support the Global RFP Programs team across all aspects of day‑to‑day operations and long‑term initiatives. The Coordinator, Global RFP Programs will assist an international RFP Programs department in implementing and maintaining strategies that drive a productive and profitable global hotel program. Working closely with Global Sales Directors, RFP team coordinators, and hotel member partners, this role supports the achievement of departmental goals and targets across a growing portfolio of more than 700 hotels worldwide. Under the supervision of the Vice President, Global RFP Programs and Senior Manager, Global RFP Programs, the Coordinator is a member of the Global Sales Division and plays a key role in supporting hotel sourcing for major global corporations, consortia, and leisure agency programs. Responsibilities include training member hotels on contract software systems, liaising with Regional and Area Managing Directors, Global Distribution Systems, Revenue Management and Reservations teams, and partnering with Accounting to support program execution.

  • Experience typically gained within an administrative, hospitality, or data systems processing environment
