About The Position

The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing at Legends Global is your chance to jump in, learn, and grow while supporting integrated campaigns for some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day campaign planning and execution, working closely with creative, paid media, CRM, ecommerce, and events teams. From tracking deliverables and managing calendars to coordinating assets and helping campaigns launch smoothly, you’ll play a key part in ensuring campaigns run seamlessly, stay on-brand, and deliver a consistent experience across all channels.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of marketing or related experience; retail, sports, or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; able to document next steps and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable reviewing data, identifying key takeaways, and supporting campaign reporting or project summaries.
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to ask questions and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accountability and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with common file management or workflow tools; experience with project management platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of client GTM and promotional calendars, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and marketing placements are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns by gathering requirements, routing assets, and tracking deliverables across internal teams.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners, helping collect inputs, route questions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Support client meetings by preparing agendas, assembling materials, documenting notes, and tracking action items.
  • Assist in creating presentations that support campaign plans, marketing strategies, and category or partner objectives.
  • Leverage historical campaigns, reporting, and stakeholder feedback to support problem solving and inform recommended next steps.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of key digital marketing channels, including email, display, paid social, SEM, and affiliates, to support channel owners and ensure campaigns launch as planned.
  • Support onsite marketing execution, including signage tracking, placement coordination, and capturing digital exposure opportunities.
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders, including timelines, outstanding deliverables, and potential risks.
  • Create and submit creative briefs and requests that clearly reflect brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and execution requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing assets, reviewing drafts, and supporting QA and testing for campaign launches.
  • Track cross-functional progress to ensure tasks are completed on time, escalating issues or delays as needed.
  • Ensure approved strategies and plans are clearly communicated and executed accurately by partnering closely with channel owners and internal teams.
