We are seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator. In this role you will provide administrative and customer service support to the marketing package sales teams with respect to setting up, selling and executing HGV Ultimate Access (HUA) events.
Responsibilities
Attend to all customer queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
Identify and resolve potential problems that impact our customers' event experiences
Assist in organizing and coordinating all logistical details for the smooth success of the event attendance
Provide exemplary customer service to all attendees and clients, ensuring their total satisfaction
Liaison between Event Marketing and Package Sales with other teams to optimize our service delivery and exceed event expectations
Be responsible for the intake of all HGVUA information across all three brands (Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Vacation Club, Bluegreen Vacations) across the country
Create and distribute outlines and training materials for the agents
Managing the event calendar and tour goals per event to ensure tour goals and expectations are being met by event
Manage and input guest information onto the guest manifest
Request and managing inventory and allotment requests with the respective departments
Other duties as assigned
