This position is responsible for assisting with the delivery of credit and non-credit programs to residents of the communities served by the Regional Center. The position has responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Center under the direction of the Director. This includes assisting with recruiting, testing, advising, and registering students. The position shall serve as a liaison with the Fort Morgan Campus, providing students with information on procedures regarding financial aid and billing. Coordinates purchase of supplies and materials for office and instructional courses. Coordinates course delivery needs with college technology and other agency staff. Along with the Director, maintains working relationships with schools, agencies and institutions within the regional area. Travels to area high schools to support proctoring, testing, advising and registration as needed. May supervise hourly staff or work study students. Work hours include daytime hours as the primary schedule, with the need to flex schedule to evenings and very rarely weekends on occasion. The coordinator shall perform all duties while promoting opportunities for inclusion, expressing the valuing of differences, and regularly demonstrating the college's commitment to the Guiding Principles.
