About The Position

The Omni Experience Coordinator is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of AEO's omni-channel programs. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic business decisions to enhance the customer experience and drive business performance. This role requires a highly organized, analytical, and innovative individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in a project management setting or related experience
  • High degree of proficiency in Google and/or MS Office Suites, Canva, and other Internet applications Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Assist cross-functional Omni teams in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of omni-channel programs.
  • Support the collection and analysis of store performance metrics to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help create training materials, SOPs, and in-store experience initiatives to support execution and associate engagement.
  • Draft and distribute communications to Field Leaders and Store Teams regarding program updates, enhancements, and known issues.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in preparing reports to support leadership in understanding program performance.
  • Maintain program documentation, templates, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with corporate and field partners to gather feedback and support program requests. Provide administrative and logistical support for project meetings and initiatives. Additional duties as assigned.
