About The Position

The Chicago Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative problem solver to fill the position of Partnership Marketing Coordinator. As Coordinator, you will be assisting in the development and improvement of the department’s operational systems and processes to support partnership tracking, relationships, and activities. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn about partnership service, activation and retention, and participate in the planning and execution of partner agreements and events. The ideal candidate is solutions oriented, with an ability to manage competing priorities, and act quickly and proactively on timely requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of full-time, relevant work experience is preferred
  • Capability to run multiple project timelines simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Consultative mentality and team-first attitude
  • A balanced, creative but efficient working style
  • Self-directed, can make progress with limited information or direction, takes initiative to seek support when needed, and can be agile and flexible based on feedback

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of CRM system (KORE, KORE Activate, etc.) preferred
  • Strong operational efficiency, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Assist on the activation and execution of multiple corporate partnership accounts with the Partnership Marketing team
  • Support game day and concert activities including department ticket distribution, credentials, and parking requests
  • Manage department merchandise and inventory records
  • Track partner touchpoints, marketing activities, and events in CRM
  • Oversee partner trafficking processes, including but not limited to, gameday LED sheets, Bulls.com banner ads, virtual signage with CHSN, and hospitality activation tracking
  • Organize activation photos and group player rights photos throughout the season
  • Assist in partner gifting touchpoints, such as the monthly birthday basketball program
  • Interact with corporate partners and key business stakeholders at games and events
  • Support Partnerships team on core responsibilities, including activating game day hospitality experiences and assisting with corporate events
