About The Position

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a highly motivated Coordinator, Premium Service to provide exemplary customer service to current and new Nissan Stadium premium partners while supporting single-event suite sales during the final year at the current stadium. Following the 2026 season, this role will transition to exclusively servicing premium clients and hospitality experiences at New Nissan Stadium. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience within premium sports or hospitality environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of service and/or sales experience in a sports or hospitality industry preferred
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High level attention to detail and process oriented
  • Ability to balance internal priorities with client expectations
  • Candidate should possess a positive team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
  • Must have proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems, such as SeatGeek/Unify
  • Must be able to move about the stadium and other event venues for the entire duration of an event.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary
  • Willing to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Personally manage and maintain an assigned client base, to include current and new Nissan Stadium Premium Partners
  • Focus on selling single event suites to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations, high net worth individuals via outbound calls, face-to-face appointments, and presentations
  • Comply with all departmental CRM guidelines to ensure information is accurate, deliverables are tracked and fulfilled, and account information is up to date at all times
  • Create, track, develop and maintain all proposals, contracts and follow all sales processes
  • Meet or exceed certain levels of activity at a daily, weekly, and/or monthly level (calls and appointments)
  • Serve as manager-on-duty for non-Titans events, including but not limited to, major stadium concerts, Tennessee State football, Music City Bowl
  • Attend client and team events to help build and strengthen relationships with both current and New Nissan Stadium Clients
  • Exceed individual and department sales and service goals
  • Take part in all training sessions and participate in regular team meetings
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager, Premium Sales & Service.
