How we LEAD: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support the development of artist merchandise collections across Live Events/Touring and eCommerce drops. This role plays a critical executional function within the Product Development team, partnering closely with Managers and Department Leads to move product from concept through production handoff. The Coordinator will manage samples, maintain PLM data accuracy, track timelines, and support vendor communication across printables, cut-and-sew apparel, and accessories. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, drop-driven environment and has strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and a passion for building product tied to cultural moments. How you'll CREATE: Development Support & Execution Support Managers and Associate Director in the end-to-end development of artist merchandise collections.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in product development, merchandising, or production (apparel or accessories preferred).
  • Exposure to printables, cut-and-sew, or accessory development.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems, Monday.com and Excel-based tracking.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-driven executor who keeps development on track.
  • Someone proactive in follow-ups and problem-solving.
  • A strong communicator comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional partners.
  • A team player eager to grow into a full Product Developer.
  • Someone energized by tour launches, album drops, and fast-turn product cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in material sourcing, trim approvals, and construction detail tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain tech packs and product specifications within PLM.
  • Track sample submissions, approvals, and revisions across multiple concurrent launches.
  • Consolidate and distribute sample comments to vendors.
  • Own sample tracking logs and ensure on-time submissions.
  • Maintain and update T&A calendars in partnership with the Manager.
  • Follow up with vendors on development milestones and approvals.
  • Flag potential delays or risks to Manager proactively.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding documentation and communication.
  • Support costing requests and initial data collection.
  • Maintain organized vendor communication records.
  • Coordinate sample shipments and receipt tracking.
  • Maintain accurate product data in PLM, including BOMs, materials, and specs.
  • Support ERP product setup inputs (SKUs, cost fields, timelines).
  • Ensure version control and document accuracy across development files.
  • Prepare line sheets and development recap reports as needed.
  • Partner with Creative to gather artwork files and spec requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production and Sourcing on sample status updates.
  • Assist with internal milestone meetings and status updates.
  • Support launch readiness tracking tied to tour dates and eCommerce drops.
  • Conduct preliminary sample reviews.
  • Assist in measuring or reviewing samples and logging initial feedback and notes
  • Ensure packaging and labeling details are correctly documented.
  • Support final development documentation prior to bulk handoff.
