About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Monitor and maintain UOR surveillance systems, ensuring camera functionality and quality. Identify and track issues, collaborate for repairs. Use analytics for trend identification and report analysis. Administer Motorola Radio system. Develop and maintain SharePoint site. Maintain Surveillance Standard library for optimal camera positions and compliance.

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required.
  • 1+ year experience in security is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the property wide Motorola Radio system, utilizing software to program and configure Motorola portable radios for all departments.
  • Process radio repair requests, troubleshoot issues, and send radios out for repair to Motorola if necessary.
  • Handle various requests such as enabling/disabling radios by authorized contacts, processing purchase requests, and answering questions about the system and portable radio operation.
  • Monitor system inventory, including usage, to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Utilize surveillance system software to monitor cameras across all UOR properties, ensuring they are operational and meet defined quality standards.
  • Identify, report, and track camera issues using the internal reporting system, collaborating with relevant partners to ensure timely repairs and optimal system performance.
  • Utilize analytic tools to identify trends, develop data tracking methods, and analyze reports for the Security Division.
  • Collaborate with business units to share data and research performance trends.
  • Maintain the UOR Surveillance Standard library, ensuring optimal camera positions and compliance through partner collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain the department's SharePoint site, focusing on enhancing communication and cohesiveness within the department.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
