About The Position

The Coordinator (LISW/PCC) for SUD Services is responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of high-quality substance use disorder treatment services. This position provides clinical oversight, ensures compliance with state and regulatory requirements, supports staff, and may provide direct client services. The coordinator plays a key role in program operations, service quality, and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• LISW/PCC required.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of assigned SUD programs and services
• Provide clinical oversight consistent with LISW/PCC scope of practice
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing standards, and state/federal regulations
• Support intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and discharge processes
• Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group counseling, as needed
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams, referral sources, and community partners
• Assist with staff training, clinical supervision (as appropriate), and performance support
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all service delivery
• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, individual and group counseling
