The Coordinator, Transition Programs provides direct oversight, leadership, and day-to-day administration of the College’s vocational skills programming and the pursuit of obtaining the federally recognized CTP designation. The role is accountable for program planning, implementation, staffing coordination, direct supervision, budget management, compliance, outcomes measurement, and continuous improvement to support students with disabilities in their transition to postsecondary education, employment, and independent living. The Coordinator works independently on complex initiatives from planning through execution; ensures compliance with applicable federal requirements under the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) and institutional policies; and leads cross-functional collaboration with Academic Affairs, Disability Services, Financial Aid, faculty, workforce partners, and community agencies to deliver measurable student outcomes. The position handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains an overall standard of excellence for assigned programs and services.
