About The Position

The VM Coordinator will support and collaborate with the VM Manager and the AVP of VM across all activities planned on our distribution calendar. They will support in successfully translating and implementing the placement of all regional visual standards, planograms, artwork and guidelines set forth under the directive of the global team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. Be responsible for all administrative, visual logistics and directives across all different activities planned on our VM/marketing/sales calendar. This role also requires the VM Coordinator to build partnerships with sales managers, creative services, manufacturers, suppliers, printers and follow up processes necessary to effectively complete directives with high standards. Assist in managing the execution of all windows, plates, lightboxes and other VM collateral department stores and flagships across NA. The work is based in our New York office, but may require travel to visit suppliers, check artwork, productions and mock-up of units, visuals, grids and other props developed for the final installations. Day to day activities will vary depending on the priority of the business and on the level of visual merchandising work being undertaken.

Requirements

  • Must have knowledge and be able to use Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Rhino would be a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Related visual experience wholesale and retail, beauty industry a plus
  • Organized self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent time and project management skills with a proactive nature and results-driven, positive “can do” attitude
  • Strong attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Effectively communicates and has strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a strong interest in cosmetics, fashion, retail and product.

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with the team on VM projects, including the design and logistics for North America Department stores and Free-Standing Stores.
  • Support the VM manager on the implementation of the Global Charlotte Tilbury visual strategy across North America
  • Develop artwork for new launches and ensure in store execution is delivered on time, and to brand standard across region
  • Adapt Global lightbox artwork for retailers within North America
  • Attend regular meetings with wider teams to ensure a collaborative working relationship with cross function teams
  • Ensure a compelling customer experience by constantly improving the visual merchandising within stores and maintaining interest through innovation
  • Leverage strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects at one time and deliver all projects are delivered on time with production and delivered to store for launch
  • Create presentation and design proposals alongside the VM and SD teams
  • Raise PO’s, control expenditure of orders placed for each individual project
  • Manage and collaborate with VM Manager on databases and distribution lists for campaign launches
  • Track projects after execution to make sure they have been implemented correctly
  • Monitor VM upkeep in all retailers via Service Channel
