Requirements

  • Mechanical & Technical Aptitude required
  • Proficient & in repairing and maintaining Copiers -Kyocera
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
  • Punctual, Dependable and Trustworthy
  • Computer knowledge preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance, and reliable transportation to be considered for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proficiently install and service equipment for new and existing accounts.
  • Timely and professional service; Handling and responding to emergency requests for service.
  • Accurately log equipment, parts and time spent on-site daily.
  • Continually maintain contact with Customer Service and Dispatch regarding delays or potential issues.
  • Effectively communicate with Dispatch regarding purchase orders for parts and equipment.
  • Correctly maintain, receive, organize, clean and refurbish equipment and parts in the service area and service vehicle.
  • Keep accurate inventory on all supplies, machines and parts; including those in vehicle.
  • Cooperatively perform other related duties as assigned.
