About The Position

Marquee Sports Network is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Copy Coordinator!

This position will focus on the execution, maintenance and fulfillment of local and national client partnerships and ad campaigns at one of the largest regional sports networks in the country.

Requirements

• A high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
• Administrative support and 1-2 years’ experience preferred
• Television broadcast experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under a deadline required

Responsibilities

• Multitasking with new orders and commercials both linear and digital
• Daily interaction with television professionals in markets across the country
• Cross department collaboration with sales, engineering, master control, etc.
• Processing multiple sporting events including Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, NCAA, and IHSA.
• Daily generation of commercial and programming
• Scheduling commercials and applying traffic instructions to every scheduled commercial
• Inventory control, database library management, broadcast automation, logistical issues
