About the position
This position involves assisting in order entry and coordination with warehouse and transportation as needed. The role requires daily oversight of order details, including portal management, and updating product and weekly/annual sales summaries. The candidate will provide phone support for sales and assist in logistical and transportation support for orders and transfers between warehouses. Additionally, the role includes assisting in purchase order creation and detail, managing transportation charges, coordinating Bills of Lading (BOL), and passing information with accounting. The candidate will assist in all aspects of the order cycle from entry, shipment, and arrival, and will run Famous reports, summarizing and creating Excel spreadsheets for visual aids.
Responsibilities
- Assistance in order entry and coordination with warehouse and transportation as needed
- Daily oversight of order details including portal management
- Updating of product and weekly/annual sales summary
- Provide phone support for sales
- Assist in logistical and transportation support for orders and transfers between warehouses

Requirements
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Famous experience preferred; intermediate Excel skills required
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Some college desired or comparable work experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the business
- Ability to present oneself with professional appearance and behavior in accordance to Employee Handbook Policies
