About The Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor with heavy HCP experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling. As a Copy Supervisor, you will oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required
  • 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
  • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical agency writing experience is preferred with a heavy focus in HCP writing
  • High science experience preferred since this role will be data-heavy
  • A book featuring conceptual work and very smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and even banners
  • Know-how for writing in a digital landscape — from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO
  • Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams
