About The Position

We’re hiring a Copywriter to develop our brand messaging and bring it to life across our website and marketing materials. You'll work directly with our brand designer to sharpen how we talk about what we do, who we serve, and why it matters. From there, you'll translate that foundation into copy that actually connects: website pages, collateral, and campaign materials that feel like one cohesive brand. The goal is to get our voice right and build a foundation we can scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years in brand copywriting, with experience shaping voice and messaging (not just executing against a brief)
• Strong portfolio showing work across brand messaging, web copy, and marketing collateral in B2B, business consulting, and/or financial services
• Comfortable working in close partnership with the design and marketing team, not just receiving direction and running with it
• Brand messaging and voice development
• Website copywriting
• Marketing collateral and sales copy
• Ability to write clearly and consistently across formats
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines with minimal hand-holding

Nice To Haves

• Experience writing for manufacturing and construction is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop brand messaging, tone of voice, and positioning as part of a broader brand guide
• Work alongside our brand designer to ensure copy and visual language are unified
• Write website copy that is clear, engaging, and grounded in the brand
• Write copy for marketing collateral including one-pagers, sales materials, and email templates anchored to the brand guide
