About The Position

This position will assist in coordinating the CSI core and ancillary banking systems as directed by the Core Application Supervisor. The position will provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to Citizens Alliance Bank personnel, assist with monitoring and maintaining key project deliverables and provide support to the project team members. This position will learn several vendor software components to assist with core and ancillary software support, and to ensure that correct information is relayed to bank personnel so that they can accomplish their business tasks in a timely manner. This position will respond to ticket requests, emails, and calls from employees concerning customer accounts, products, and services. The Core Application Specialist must be able to identify problems , research issues and respond to all inquiries with final resolutions in a timely manner. The level of this position is based on years of service, education and/or equivalent experience, knowledge level and skill set. Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day oversight of the HelpDesk ticket system. 2. Under the direction of the Core Application Supervisor, develop subject matter expertise of our core banking solutions while mastering features and functionality of the modules. 3. Assist with managing and controlling permissions/authorities for all users in the organization for core and ancillary products. 4. Assist with managing various system administrator duties for Bank’s vendor platforms and portals. 5. Assist in managing the tracking and communication of all releases. 6. Assist in managing the tracking and communication of all enhancements. 7. Assist in implementing and maintaining product and project deliverables. 8. Assist Bank personnel in problem solving core and other third-party ancillary software related issues. 9. Provide knowledgeable, efficient, and accurate support for the Bank’s core application, ancillary computer systems and accompanying programs. 10. Under the direction of the Core Application Supervisor, this position will assist with researching, testing, and implementing any new core or ancillary features and functionality. 11. Must have an understanding of all applicable updates, policies, procedures, and regulations. 12. Interact clearly and constructively with all organizational departments. 13. Respond to Bank personnel inquiries and requests in compliance with Citizens Alliance Bank’s policies and procedures. 14. Displays knowledge and proficiency in the Bank’s products and services to ensure that the correct information is provided to all Bank personnel. 15. Maintains knowledge and understanding of Internal Service Standards and procedures for the department and departments that are a part of the workflow. 16. Maintain complete confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information. 17. Assist in monitoring key project deliverables and provide support to the team members. This position will provide documentation, communication and validation of the project requirements and applications. 18. Assist with overseeing and monitoring daily core and ancillary reports and communicate necessary information to the branches. 19. Provide administrative support as assigned and requested. 20. All employees are expected to exemplify and follow our core values. 21. Regular attendance and punctuality when reporting to work. 22. Travel for trade and industry schools and seminars as needed. 23. This position may require installation of a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app on an employee’s personal mobile device. THE MFA apps are used to authenticate a user’s identity to the system for security purposes. 24. Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to BSA/AML, as well as adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures. 25. Perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED, Etc.
  • Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in related discipline.
  • Three to Five years of Banking Experience or equivalent experience .
  • One to Three years’ experience with Bank’s core system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
