This position will assist in coordinating the CSI core and ancillary banking systems as directed by the Core Application Supervisor. The position will provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to Citizens Alliance Bank personnel, assist with monitoring and maintaining key project deliverables and provide support to the project team members. This position will learn several vendor software components to assist with core and ancillary software support, and to ensure that correct information is relayed to bank personnel so that they can accomplish their business tasks in a timely manner. This position will respond to ticket requests, emails, and calls from employees concerning customer accounts, products, and services. The Core Application Specialist must be able to identify problems, research issues and respond to all inquiries with final resolutions in a timely manner. The level of this position is based on years of service, education and/or equivalent experience, knowledge level and skill set.
