Verrill is actively seeking a Corporate Associate to join our Business Law Group in our Portland, Maine office. Experience with middle‑market mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and/or securities offerings is preferred. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, exceptional writing abilities, and outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
