About The Position

The Corporate Contracts Administrator is responsible for the preparation, review, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards. This is a critical role supporting the company’s architectural projects by evaluating contractual risk and ensuring accurate, timely contract execution. This position is 100% onsite in Orange, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or AEC environment.
  • Working knowledge of contract law and standard contract terminology.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and prioritization ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with contract management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, onsite environment and escalate issues when necessary.
