Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience in Regulatory Law
• Experience in legal work
• Experience in both corporate law firm and/or in-house legal environments
• Comprehensive background in occupational safety and health compliance
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations

Nice To Haves

• Experience dealing with legal matters pertaining to OSHA is a plus
• Experience dealing with environmental law a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal guidance to Corporate Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Security teams
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring robust compliance mechanisms across multiple business units
• Develop strategic safety and security frameworks that mitigate workplace risks
• Manage global regulatory inquiries and inspections with precision and expertise
• Collaborate with international legal teams to create cohesive safety strategies
