About The Position

As Legal Counsel (hybrid Ann Arbor) specializing in global M&A, you will provide
legal support for global transactions that drive strategic growth. This role
involves drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and
ensuring compliance with international regulations. You will work closely with
business leaders and external advisors to execute acquisitions, joint ventures,
and other strategic deals across multiple jurisdictions.
