About The Position

The Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for coordinating strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunities, investments, partnerships, cost savings projects, and internal operational analyses. This role will work across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product Development to build financial models, evaluate growth initiatives, support M&A and partnership opportunities, develop critical business insights, and help execute value creation projects. This position offers high visibility to senior leadership (CEO/CFO) and is well-suited for candidates interested in developing an operator skillset across strategic, financial, and cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of financial analysis experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, management consulting, FP&A, or Big-4 valuation or advisory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance,accounting,economics,dataanalyticsor a related field
  • 1-2 years offinancial analysis experience, ideally in investment banking,private equity,strategic finance, management consulting, FP&A, or Big-4 valuation or advisory
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities; familiarity withPowerBI, SQLor other analytical tools a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Build financial models and analyses related to growth initiatives, pricing agreements, margins, sales performance, products, and operational KPIs.
  • Support execution on M&A opportunities, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives through financial modelling, research, valuation, due diligence, and process coordination
  • Prepare materials forseniorleadership(CEO/CFO)and external stakeholders(including our parent company)to support strategic and financial decision-making
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses to inform strategy andidentifynew opportunities
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Product,andPurchasingto evaluate and execute strategic initiatives
  • Analyzecost structures andidentifyopportunities for cost savings
  • Coordinate across the organization to drive various value creation initiatives
  • Develop insights using BI tools to improve visibility and drive business performance
