Coury Hospitality has an incredible opportunity for a Corporate Director of Payroll to lead and oversee centralized, multi-state payroll operations across the portfolio while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. Leading centralized, multi-state payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions. Overseeing full-cycle payroll processing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Managing payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. Leveraging HRIS technology, preferably Dayforce, to optimize payroll processes and reporting. Supporting property transitions by onboarding new locations, including payroll tax registrations and banking configurations. Developing and implementing payroll policies, procedures, and operational best practices. Driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to streamline payroll operations. Creating standardized payroll documentation and training guides to ensure operational consistency. Partnering closely with HR, Finance, and Operations leadership to support compliance and operational needs. Delivering a best-in-class payroll experience for our Experience Curators across the organization. We’re excited to have you because... You bring 10+ years of progressive payroll and HR experience, including multi-state and corporate payroll leadership. You have strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements. You have experience leveraging HRIS/payroll systems, preferably Dayforce. You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance. You have a strong track record of improving processes and implementing scalable solutions. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and build strong cross-functional partnerships. You are a strategic leader who can balance operational execution with long-term payroll strategy. Requirements

10+ years of progressive payroll and HR experience, including multi-state and corporate payroll leadership.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience leveraging HRIS/payroll systems, preferably Dayforce.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
Strong track record of improving processes and implementing scalable solutions.
