We are officially entering a hyper-growth phase to establish Identity Security as the foundation for the AI era. To fuel this momentum, we are seeking a strategic, high-impact Corporate Events Manager to own the stage. This isn't a "logistics" role—it’s a leadership role. You will be the visionary behind the experiences that define our brand for 20% of the Fortune 100 and the world’s most elite security leaders. The Mission From the high-octane energy of Sales Kickoff (SKO) to the exclusive luxury of Winner’s Circle, and the massive scale of RSA and Black Hat, you will design and deliver end-to-end experiences that don’t just happen—they dominate the conversation. Own the Flagship Stage: Take the helm of our most critical programs, including SKO, Revenue Leadership Summits, and our premier User Conference. Command the Industry: Transform Tier-1 tradeshows (RSA, Identiverse, Black Hat) into immersive brand experiences. You’ll oversee high-touch executive dinners and hospitality suites. Incentivize Excellence: Design and execute world-class "Winner’s Circle" programs that motivate our top performers and celebrate Saviynt’s ascent. Strategic Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Revenue Ops, and our C-suite to ensure every event drives measurable business impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ Years of Battle-Tested Experience: You’ve led large-scale B2B events for high-growth tech companies and haven't just "supported" them—you've owned them.
  • The SKO Playbook: You have a proven track record of managing complex internal sales events and incentive programs that move the needle on culture and performance.
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable advising C-suite leaders and have the poise to lead in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
  • A "Design-First" Mindset: You understand that logistics are the floor, but experience is the ceiling. You create events that people talk about for months.
  • Financial Rigor: With $700M in new funding comes great responsibility. You love a good spreadsheet as much as a good stage design, tracking every dollar for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution for Saviynt’s flagship events, including: Saviynt’s User Conference Annual and regional Sales Kickoff (SKO)
  • Revenue Leadership Meetings (quarterly/bi-annual)
  • Winner’s Circle / President’s Club programs
  • Tier-1 industry tradeshow executive engagements (e.g., RSA Conference, Identiverse, Black Hat)
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documentation.
  • Oversee ancillary programs including executive meetings, customer dinners, partner events, and hospitality suites.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence, messaging, and premium attendee experience across all shows.
  • Lead venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management (AV, production, booth vendors, agencies, travel, gifting).
  • Own event budgets, cost controls, and post-event ROI analysis.
  • Balance cost efficiency with high-quality, on-brand execution.
  • Design engaging, memorable experiences that motivate sales teams and attract prospects and customers.
  • Oversee registration, travel coordination, room blocks, on-site staffing, and contingency planning.
  • Ensure flawless onsite execution across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Deliver post-event reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes, templates, and best practices across internal and external events.
