Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial planning roles
• Proven experience providing financial insights to senior leadership
• Expert financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel/ GSheets
• Ability to streamline and improve financial processes
• Strong collaboration and business partnering skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience working directly with a CFO or Head of FP&A
• An act-like-an-owner mentality with a bias toward action

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of budgets and forecasts, including headcount, compensation, and vendor spend.
• Serving as a financial partner across teams, providing advice and support on financial decisions.
• Tracking and analyzing expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Conducting detailed variance analyses and communicating insights to improve performance.
• Delivering regular financial reports to senior G&A leaders with insightful commentary.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data integrity.
• Developing sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Continuously improving financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
