The Corporate FP&A Manager will play a central role in DDN's financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This is a highly visible position that directly informs executive and board-level decisions as DDN navigates its shift from a hardware-led business to a software and ratable revenue model. You will help own the corporate finance cycle—annual planning, quarterly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis—delivering actionable insights to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with the ability to tell a compelling financial story at scale. Location for this role is New York, NY (SoHo Office)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 5–8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting. Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO company a plus.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and executive-ready reporting. Working knowledge of GAAP/non-GAAP metrics and revenue recognition. Experience with planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive), ERP (Workday), and SQL/BI tools a plus.
  • Exceptional communicator with high attention to detail. Track record of delivering board-quality work under tight deadlines. Comfortable presenting across all levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end corporate financial planning cycle (P&L and Free Cash Flow budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis), setting standards for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain financial models for annual and long-range planning, scenario modeling, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Prepare high-quality memos, presentations, and analyses for business reviews, ELT, and Board reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership on key drivers and emerging trends across DDN's evolving business.
  • Lead cross-functional planning. Consolidate and align functional plans with corporate targets. Serve as primary owner of key processes, ensuring integrity and standardization.
  • Collaborate closely across finance to ensure seamless close and financial reporting. Identify and implement process improvements, system implementations, and automation to enhance workflows, reporting, and data infrastructure.
